Prior to founding Cresco Group, Andrew was the Managing Director of Daiwa Capital Markets from 2011 to 2012. Before joining Daiwa Capital, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer at JL Capital Pte Ltd, a fund management company managing numerous funds with various strategies with an AUM in excess of USD1 Billion.
Throughout his years of experience, he has also held various positions in banks such as Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, and had practiced law with law firms such as Linklaters in London/Hong Kong and Drew & Napier in Singapore.
Jovita Amelinda K.
Associate Director (Deals & Transactions)
Before joining Cresco Investments, Jovita was a product manager in multiple startups, including a decacorn startup across e-commerce and fintech industries. Jovita loves the challenges of identifying the company’s business needs and rallying a team to turn the company’s vision into a reality.
After graduating from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering in 2020, Jovita worked as a process engineer in a Fortune 500 Company that manufactures semiconductors.
Jovita is adamant about achieving her goals and is eager to develop the creative and critical thinking she learned from her previous roles to help her accomplish her ambitions.
Karen Yang
Senior Associate (Business Management)
Prior to joining Cresco, Karen was an M&A Tax Associate at PwC, where she specialised in due diligence and cross-border restructuring projects. Karen thrives on the complexity of identifying risks and analysing transaction structures to help multinational and family-owned groups align their operations with optimal efficiency.
After graduating from Monash University with a Master’s in Accounting in 2024 and a Bachelor’s degree obtained in Singapore, Karen built a diverse professional foundation spanning valuation analysis and tax advisory across Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia. To date, she has successfully completed more than half of her CPA Australia exams, demonstrating a strong commitment to technical excellence.
In her leisure time, Karen enjoys wine tasting, having earned her WSET Level 2 certification, as well as playing golf and practising pilates.
Ho Zhi Xuan
Management Intern
Zhi Xuan is a penultimate-year student at the National University of Singapore, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance).
She is passionate about finance, with particular interest in investment banking, corporate finance, and financial markets.
During her studies, Zhi Xuan has gained exposure to financial analysis, investment research, and market trends, and is committed to applying these skills to deliver insights and value in real-world financial contexts.
Outside of academics, she is a dedicated athlete, having competed in track and field for over a decade, and enjoys playing tennis. She also has a keen interest in travelling and exploring new cultures.
