Associate – Investments & M&A

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore. The Associate – Investments & M&A will be responsible for supporting the firm’s investments and advisory business, focusing on performing due diligence, financial analysis, financial modeling, valuations, market research, and various end-to-end Investments and M&A transaction activities. The Associate – Investments & M&A will also support the firm’s initiatives in deal sourcing, deal origination and in touching base with representatives from various companies and businesses in any initial deal related assessment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consultancy or related fields
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages, especially any regional languages, is a plus
